Dress Code
Dancers must wear proper dress code to learn safe & correct dance technique.
Dance teachers need to be able to see the alignment of a students ankles, feet, knees, hips, spine and shoulders.
Dress code ensures dancers stay covered and comfortable while attempting dance/acro skills.
(e.g. a baggy shirt will come up overhead while attempting a handstand, potentially making a dancer uncomfortable in class)
Please email ykdancearts@gmail.com if you have questions about the dress code or require dress code accomodations.
